In order to provide the best product the team member notes all the requirements and selection options and recheck them with the client in order to accomplish the package and parcel it on time. So, there is no problem with the basic properties of the package as these are checked twice by the customer care and approved by the customer.
Issues with colour or size
Just in case the customer finds out the package is not containing the colour or size of the product that was ordered then within three days after delivery he can place the complaint to any of the representatives online with the picture of the product and requirements in the order description. This will simply bring him the option to get the things right soon. Remember that no return or exchange will be entertained after three days.
Multiple products at a time
Exchange or return policy within three days will not the entertained for the customers who order multiple products at the same time in one package. The purpose of the condition is to avoid the resell of the products by the customers in the retail market other than the company’s portal.
The cancellation should be placed within three days if no then 25% deduction will be charged from the order. If cancellation is requested in 7 days there will be 45% deduction but in the case of more than 7 days cancellation will not proceed.
Leather Hits offers the refund only if the customer does not get the parcel after the 30 days of order confirmation. After the confirmation of the payment, the order is placed and days are count on. Just in case of not getting the consignment number within 6 days company automatically refund the amount.
